CERAMICS DROPSHIPPING

Dropshipping ceramics, priced for the breakage math.

Most sellers lose money on ceramics before they sell a unit — they just price freight and ignore fragility. Our model prices protection in: per-order dispatch, fragile-grade packing and a damage allowance written into the quote.

THE HONEST MATH

Why ceramics is not a beginner dropshipping niche.

An illustrative comparison — the point is the structure, not the exact numbers.

Breakage rates vary by carrier, lane and handling depth; industry sources put unprotected fragile parcels in a 5–8% range, and packaging-related returns run about a third of the total. The fix is structural: price protection in from day one.

HOW WE RUN IT

Per-order fulfillment built around one fragile SKU family.

Blind dispatch

Every order ships without our brand or invoices — your customer sees your store, nothing else.

Fragile-grade packing

Individual wrap, air-pillow or honeycomb cushioning, five-layer cartons — the same written standard as bulk programs.

DDP lanes

Duties prepaid where offered — the US de-minimis shortcut closed in 2025, so compliant DDP is the stable lane.

Damage allowance

Quotes carry a written breakage line with a claims process — not an invisible cost you discover at refund time.

FROM PILOT TO BRAND

The upgrade path is already built.

Dropshipping is the cheapest way to find out which ceramic line your audience actually wants. When one SKU earns it, the same kiln, glaze and QC chain turns it into your branded program.

  1. Pilot: stock lines dropshipped per order; watch damage rate and repeat signals.
  2. Semi-custom: add your logo to the winning line; small MOQ step up.
  3. Private label: custom glaze or mold on the proven SKU — see Custom & OEM.

FAQ

Seller questions, answered straight.

Can ceramics really survive per-order shipping?+

Yes, when packing is treated as engineering rather than an afterthought: individual wrap, cushioning volume matched to the SKU, and cartons that survive drop testing. What does not work is a poly mailer with optimism.

Who pays for breakage in transit?+

Our quotes carry a written damage allowance with a claims process behind it. When a parcel fails, the replacement economics are already priced in — no renegotiating a bad outcome order by order.

Do you support blind dropshipping?+

Yes. Parcels carry no CERAMICS branding or invoices. Your customer's experience is your brand's.

What about duties on low-value US orders?+

The US de-minimis exemption was removed in August 2025, so low-value parcels clear customs like everything else. DDP lanes with duties prepaid are the stable option — details in the Tariffs & Trade Guide.
